shape the future – with concept and system understanding. as a system concept developer (m/f/d), you will be part of our munich expert team dedicated to the design and further development of next-generation electronic reconnaissance systems, including resm and sigint and other forward-looking technologies. you will work at the interface between market, technology, and product management, bringing your expertise to system designs that address real operational challenges.

your tasks

development and creation of system concepts for next-generation esm/sigint systems
analysis and evaluation of market trends, customer needs, and operational requirements
creation of market requirement and system specification documents for the structured further development of the product portfolio
close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams (product management, development, sales, strategy)
support for business development in studies, concept proposals, and customer dialogues
analysis and evaluation of partner architectures for integration into joint concepts
presentation of concept ideas in customer workshops, internal boards, and industry events

your qualifications

university degree in engineering, communications technology, computer science, physics, or a related field
several years of experience in the system design of complex technical systems – preferably in the area of esm, elint, or sigint
ability to translate complex technical requirements into structured, actionable concepts
solid understanding of sensors, signal processing, system integration, and system-of-systems architectures
knowledge of current market trends, technologies, and competitors in the field of electronic reconnaissance
strong conceptual and strategic skills, combined with presentation abilities
very good german and english language skills, both written and spoken
willingness to travel occasionally – but the primary workplace is munich
